A Little Human!

A Little Human! is a dynamic swing quartet featuring Jason Shooster (guitar), Laurits Høgel (piano), Tomas Raae (double bass), and Johan Dynnesen (drums). The four musicians are active on both the Danish and international jazz scenes and regularly collaborate with artists such as Jacob Fischer, Kira Martini, Thomas Fryland, and Clarice Assad.

The quartet released their debut album in March 2025, presenting a vibrant mix of original jazz manouche and swing, infused with Eastern European folk influences and a touch of Nordic cool. Rooted in tradition yet delivered with a fresh and timeless expression, the band brings energy, virtuosity, and strong interplay to the stage.

Their second album, Generations, is set for release in Spring 2026 and continues the group’s exploration of original swing music shaped by diverse cultural influences.
