Tonight, a unique experience is on the program at Vartov Church: a truly special venue in the historic Vartov building, right in the heart of Copenhagen.
In collaboration with HUSET, a special concert featuring the artist AFSKUM will be held. Behind the name is Prince Askar, who, with his distinctive voice and honest songwriting, has created his very own musical universe.
For this concert, he steps into the church’s intimate setting with a more acoustic and subdued sound than usual.
The event is a collaboration between HUSET, Vartov Valgmenighed, and Grundtvigsk Forum.

Part of Himmelblå
The event is part of Himmelblå—a late-summer festival filled with debates, concerts, community singing, lectures—and much more. Himmelblå takes place September 2–8 in Vartov.
UD AF HUSET
HUSET is currently undergoing renovations and, during this period, is moving its cultural activities out into the city. Under the banner “UD AF HUSET,” you can enjoy concerts, art, talks, and cultural events at various venues and locations throughout Copenhagen.
