Audiens + Aquire + Wonderboom

AUDIENS

Audiens plays fusion jazz in all its forms, from the groovy and explosive to the dreamy and playful. Their sound is inspired by the local and international jazz scene, featuring artists such as Yussef Dayes, the Moses Yoofee Trio, Snarky Puppy, Clapper, and Casiopea. United by a shared love and passion for modern instrumental jazz fusion, Audiens was formed by five friends who met at a folk high school. Audiens takes a fresh and boundary-pushing approach to music and works independently of record labels.

Latest release: “Polaroid” was created during Audiens’ very first rehearsal together and laid the foundation for the band’s signature sound: nostalgic warmth, melancholic melodies, and tasteful grooves. The song was written around the same time that Audiens created their first single, “Låst Inde.”

AQUIRE

In a tapestry of colorful choral harmonies, pulsating grooves, and electronic soundscapes, four musicians shape the sound of Aquire. Here, a tension arises between genres, creating a space where the raw and the intimate can coexist. All of this is gently enveloped in Lea Foxman’s powerful vocals, which manage to both float above and cut through the mix.

WONDERBOOM

Wonderboom is an explosive fusion band that blends otherwise harmless genre elements in carefully measured doses into a volatile cocktail of pulsating grooves, powerful hooks, and intense solos. On stage, Wonderboom detonates in a danceable explosion that can be felt all the way down to the floorboards – leaving the audience in the midst of the shockwave, where the only natural reaction is to sway their hips.
