Cole Pulice (US) + Support: KRYLOVA | Copenhagen Jazz Festival
Cole Police (US)
Cole Pulice (they/them) is an American saxophonist, composer, and improviser known for crafting immersive, atmospheric soundscapes. With their new album Land’s End Eternal—a six-part suite of pastoral chamber jazz—they invite audiences into a hypnotic concert experience where the lines between acoustic and electronic music gently dissolve.
Pulice, who has performed at Pitchfork Music Festival and Rewire among others, blends signal-processed saxophone with layers of electric guitar and soft choral arrangements. The result is tranquil, dreamlike, and experimental—ideal for those seeking sonic exploration and moments of reflection.
Released on the influential experimental label Leaving Records, the album marks a unique opportunity to hear an international voice in modern jazz and ambient music live in concert.
Support: KRYLOVA
With roots in jazz improvisation and a strong foundation as a pianist and producer in the experimental pop band Tachykardia, KRYLOVA emerged as a solo artist in 2024. His debut EP You're Beautiful When You're Not Here garnered international acclaim and quickly led to interest from English record labels.
Following the debut, KRYLOVA released the ambient piano EP Creaks, produced together with Rasmus Meyer, which premiered on Jonas Visti's P8 Jazz program Aftenland and was later used as a mood-creating sound in DR's podcast series Ro På.
KRYLOVA's music balances the melodic and the textural, where his characteristic piano playing is intertwined with warm analog synthesizers. He moves freely between genres, but always with an expression that feels present and uncompromisingly honest.
The journey has only just begun – new music is on the way in 2025.
