Kjartan Bue embarks on a DK-tour with his new record ”Spøgelsesunger” and his big ensemble, consisting of some of the most innovative and interesting live-musicians in Denmark, Anders Vestergaard (Girls In Airports), Lars Bech Pilgaard (SVIN), Taus Bregnhøj Olesen (Yngel), Nicolai Kaas Claesson (Horse Orchestra) og Jeppe Højgaard (Rav).

In a bridge building, hybrid universe of alternative country, compelling pop music, free-folk, nordic folklore and hymns, danceable rythms and intuitive, playful improvisations, these six unique musicians inject vibrant fire and throbbing heart blood in the venes of Kjartan Bue’s soulful and catchy songs.

Bues Danish lyrics are often poetic and universal tales about everyday life, parenthood and coexistense, carrried out in a distinctive and unique mixture of an intuitive, playful and wistful language.
