Poetry Unleashed

Poetry Unleashed is an open mic format where 12–16 poets present their own texts to the audience. The evening features two sets of poetry, a short break, and the chance to stay afterwards for a drink and conversation.

The event was established in Copenhagen in August 2023 and has quickly become a gathering point for poets, authors, zine creators, and anyone seeking a creative community around poetry. Each month, Poetry Unleashed brings together voices from across the world, offering the audience a unique glimpse into today’s diverse poetry scene.

The program is divided into two parts: the first set runs from 20:00 to 20:50, followed by a short break, and the second set from 21:05 to 22:00.
