UFORTALT - Denmark's new LGBT+ podcast

At the event, you can meet the people behind the podcast and hear snippets of the stories for season 1, which is currently in production.

“Untold - Voices from Within” is Denmark's new podcast that tells stories from Denmark and abroad about LGBT+ topics that are not covered by the Danish mainstream media.

The stories are told from the inside, by LGBT+ people themselves, and give space to the perspectives that are important to us. The podcast will be launched in spring 2026 with a first season consisting of eight stories ranging from deeply researched stories about the harsh conditions faced by LGBT+ individuals in Egypt, to portraits of trans artists and delves into the queers of ancient Greece, to an intimate personal story about acknowledging one's lesbian identity on the back of a truck in Argentina.

The stories are curated by LGBT+ audio storytellers and tied together by the podcast's founders and regular hosts, Niels Bjørn, Ane Skak, and Lasse Soll Sunde, who, in addition to having many years of experience as radio journalists and podcasters, share a past as program directors for what was then called the Gay & Lesbian Film Festival.

At the event, you can meet the people behind the podcast and hear excerpts from the stories for season 1, which is currently in production.
