KFTS Rotator Film Festival
The KFTS Rotator Film Festival is the culminating project of Københavns Film & Teaterskole (KFTS), celebrating the filmmaking process developed over the year. Students create a series of short films while rotating through key roles—developing ideas, performing, and working behind the camera.
The festival showcases diverse work shaped by collaboration, discipline, and hands-on learning. It highlights not just the films, but the commitment, resilience, and teamwork behind them.
The Rotator concept is unique to KFTS and was developed in 2013 by school leader Stuart Lynch and film leader Søren Dø. More than a screening, the Rotator Festival is a shared achievement—where experimentation, growth, and every contribution matters.
