Tucked away inside a historic building and situated on the first floor, Himitsu Ramen is more than just a ramen bar – it's your personal ramen oasis. Here, you can build your own bowl of ramen just the way you like it. Choose your favorite type of noodles, the base that best suits your taste, and top it off with toppings of your choice.

At Himitsu, only plant-based soup bases are used in their ramen. They steer clear of heavy meat-based alternatives like tonkotsu, setting themselves apart from other ramen restaurants. Their soup is crafted from carefully selected vegetables and mushrooms, providing a flavorful and hearty ramen experience.

Himitsu Ramen is located on the House's 1st floor and is open Wednesday to Saturday from 2 PM to 10 PM.
