ARTEM Farewell

After almost 7 years and many long, difficult and rewarding considerations, we have decided to close ARTEM. That is why we are hosting a farewell event at HUSET, where it all began, on October 2 from 19-22.

When we started ARTEM, we had an ambition to make art and culture more accessible for the completely new and untested creatives who did not know where to go. To create a springboard and a place outside the established art scene, where people could begin and try things out. It was also an attempt to create a non-intimidating space for both practicing and experiencing art in Copenhagen’s cultural life, which we ourselves found intimidating to enter. We believe we have succeeded and that we have helped move something forward.

So come raise a glass with us and say thank you for now! ARTEM will provide the first beers and there will be some music and maybe a short speech.
