GROBUND 2: Fra undergrund til overflade | Musikcaféen

An evening where rising musical talents from Denmark’s underground scene step into the spotlight. Experience fresh artists and great music in the heart of Copenhagen.

After a thrilling first event, GROBUND is back at its home turf, Musikcaféen in HUSET, for another round ofs sprout.

GROBUND was created to give music lovers an unforgettable night with promising artists from the Danish underground scene. These musicians have taken root in the asphalted streets of Copenhagen and are ready to break through the surface.

The first artist to take the stage is rapper Jack Blaa.

Jack Blaa is a versatile artist and a multi-talent in the music world. As a producer, mixer, and mastermind, he crafts magical soundscapes that span across rap, hip-hop, trap, drill, afrobeats, and pop music.

With a unique sound and the ability to deliver multi-rhymes and vivid imagery in his lyrics, he captivates his audience in a truly exceptional way.

Next up on stage is Lydia.

Lydia is a talented musician from Copenhagen who has been performing since childhood, composing songs alongside her faithful piano. Her music is a personal journey, telling stories that both move and inspire.

She hopes to use her music to connect with others and maybe even save those who, like her, have been saved by music. Her sound is broad and just as diverse as her artistic expression.

Her performance at GROBUND is a unique opportunity to experience her musical universe – deep, honest, and full of emotion.

To close the night, DET S!DSTE ORD returns to the stage, ready to have the final word after an explosive debut at the first edition of GROBUND.

This time, they’re ready to deliver another unforgettable performance as we open the doors to GROBUND 2. The event also marks a major milestone for the duo: the release of their debut single, "Tænker Over Mig", which will be available on all streaming platforms on February 15, 2025. The single cements their ability to combine thought-provoking lyrics with heavy beats.

After the three concerts, djf1bi will deliver a two-hour DJ set to end the party with a bang. Djf1bi is a vinyl dj based in Copenhagen, with a deep connection to the hip hop underground music scene. Hours spent diggin' and putting her hands on dusty records in a fusion of hiphop, jazz, and funk with creativity that gets inspired and feels comfortable in the analogue way.

Come and experience the result of dreams, dedication, and diversity as Urban College, in collaboration with HUSET and Restage, presents GROBUND 2
